Rehabilitation of Trunk Sewers in Delhi ( Contract 1)

Project duration April 2003 -March 2005
TTI provided specialist engineering services to Delhi Jal Board (DJB) for rehabilitation / renovation of trunk sewers in Delhi. Under Phase 1 works, TTI provided Project Management and Contract Administration services to DJB for the structural rehabilitation of RCC/ brick barrel sewers 1200 mm to 1650mm dia by CIPP lining process through contract worth US$ 7.68 million

Rehabilitation of Trunk Sewers in Delhi ( Contract 2)

Project duration April 2003 -March 2005
TTI provided specialist engineering services to Delhi Jal Board (DJB) for rehabilitation / renovation of trunk sewers in Delhi. Under Phase 1 works, TTI provided Project Management and Contract Administration services to DJB for the structural rehabilitation of RCC/ brick barrel and egg shaped 1600 nmm to 1900mm high brick sewers by CIPP lining process through contract worth US$ 7.47 million

Rehabilitation of Trunk Sewers in Delhi ( Contract 3)

TTI provided specialist engineering services to Delhi Jal Board (DJB) for rehabilitation / renovation of trunk sewers in Delhi. Under Phase 1 works, TTI provided Project Management and Contract Administration services to DJB for the structural rehabilitation of RCC sewers 1600mm dia by CIPP lining process through contract worth US$ 5.39 million.

TTI provided specialist engineering services to Delhi Jal Board (DJB) for rehabilitation / renovation of trunk sewers in Delhi. Under Phase 1 works, TTI provided Project Management and Contract Administration services to DJB for the structural rehabilitation sewers by Rib Loc lining process through contract worth US$ 0.82 million

Bombay Sewage Disposal Project – Rehabilitation of Sewers (Phase II Works) ContractSA-CA-05

Project Duration March 2001-June 2003
TTI provided specialist engineering services to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai for Phase II of this World Bank financed project comprising Rehabilitation of major Sewers of sizes 900x750mm to 2770x1880mm, using trenchless methods. The objective of the project was to enhance the structural capacity and hydraulic efficiency of about 8.4km egg shaped brick masonry and concrete circular sewers in the CBD areas of south Mumbai, India.

Services provided by TTI included project monitoring, supervision, progress control, quality and safety auditing through quality assurance and safety management plans developed specifically for the US $35 million sewer rehabilitation project, which was executed by two international contractors.

Bombay Sewage Disposal Project – Rehabilitation of Sewers (Phase II Works) (World bank Funded), ContractSA-CA-05 (Slice A)

Project Duration March 2001-June 2003
The objective of the project was to enhance the structural capacity and hydraulic efficiency of about 4.7km of egg shaped brick masonry sewers of sizes 1140x750mm to 2390x1650mm in the CBD areas of south Mumbai, India using trenchless technology.

TTI provided comprehensive project management services which included project monitoring, supervision, progress control, quality and safety auditing through quality assurance and safety management plans developed specifically for the US $10 million sewer rehabilitation project, which was executed by an international contractor

Bombay Sewage Disposal Project – Rehabilitation of Sewers (Phase II Works) Pre Contract Engineering Service to prepare bid documents (World bank Funded)

Project Duration June 2000-Jan 2001
TTI provided specialist pre contract engineering services to the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai for Phase II of this World Bank financed project comprising Rehabilitation of major Sewers. The objective of the project was to enhance the structural capacity and hydraulic efficiency of about 14.5 km egg shaped brick masonry and concrete circular sewers in the CBD areas of south Mumbai, India. (12.3km of egg shaped brick masonry sewers of sizes 900x750mm to 2770x1880mm and 2.2km of concrete sewers of diameters from 1050 to 1800mm.)

TTI prepared prequalification and bidding documents for the project as per World Bank guidelines and also prepared project specific technical specification including a generic technical specification for structural liner for structural rehabilitation of sewers by trenchless technology. TTI prepared estimate, attended pre bid meeting and conducted bid evaluation and prepared recommendations for the award of contracts
